Si ech\u00e1is un vistazo a su blog \u00ab<a href=\"https:\/\/lasrecetasdejose.blogspot.com.es\/\">Las recetas de Jose<\/a>\u00bb os sorprender\u00e1 encontraros en la cabecera a Quijote y Sancho con la famosa frase del primer cap\u00edtulo del Quijote donde habla de lo que se llevaba a la boca el ingenioso hidalgo. En el mismo libro, ya hacen una referencia a la empanada, cuando Sancho dice a su se\u00f1or: \u00ab&#8230;se nos pegan al paladar las lenguas, pero yo traigo un despegador pendiente del arz\u00f3n de mi caballo. Y, levant\u00e1ndose, volvi\u00f3 desde all\u00ed a un poco con una gran bota de vino y una empanada&#8230;\u00bb Ya\u00a0veis que esta deliciosa masa rellena inspiraba hasta al mismo Cervantes, o al\u00a0\u00a0poeta chileno Jano Artix quien dec\u00eda de ella: \u00abBilletera rellena, patita gorda\/de piel blanda y dorada, luna carnosa\u00bb. \u00bfAlgo tendr\u00e1 una receta cuando salta de siglo en siglo y permanece igual hoy en\u00a0d\u00eda, verdad? Pues ala, despu\u00e9s de la clase de literatura, \u00a1toca \u00a0remangarse y correr a por las cazuelas!<!--more--><\/p>\n<h2>Ingredientes:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>1 paquete de masa de hojaldre (si es cuadrado mejor)<\/li>\n<li>100 grs de tomate casero<\/li>\n<li>1 bote de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.serrats.com\/bonito-del-norte\">bonito del norte<\/a> de conservas Serrats<\/li>\n<li>1 lata de<a href=\"https:\/\/www.serrats.com\/mejillones\"> mejillones<\/a> Serrats<\/li>\n<li>1 huevo duro<\/li>\n<li>aceitunas negras<\/li>\n<li>1 huevo para pintarla<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Preparaci\u00f3n:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Hacemos el tomate casero con media cebolla un tomate grande y un diente de ajo y reservamos<\/li>\n<li>Cortamos por la mitad el hojaldre y disponemos encima todos los ingredientes<\/li>\n<li>tapamos con la otra mitad pintando los bordes con huevo para que quede bien sellada y luego los vamos doblando hacia arriba dando peque\u00f1os pellizcos con los dedos para que no se salga nada del interior<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0La pintamos bien de huevo para que quede doradita<\/li>\n<li>Metemos en el horno previamente precalentado a 190\u00ba durante 15 minutos\n<figure id=\"attachment_7117\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-7117\" style=\"width: 600px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-7117\" title=\"Empanada de mejillones y bonito Serrats\" src=\"https:\/\/serrats.com\/recetas\/wp-content\/uploads\/Empanada-de-mejillones1-600x413.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"413\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.serrats.com\/recetas\/wp-content\/uploads\/Empanada-de-mejillones1-600x413.jpg 600w, https:\/\/www.serrats.com\/recetas\/wp-content\/uploads\/Empanada-de-mejillones1.jpg 718w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-7117\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Crujiente y suculenta empanada<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p><strong>\u00a1Muchas gracias, Jos\u00e9 Antonio!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La cl\u00e1sica y tradicional empanada.
