De los de estar un ratito en la cocina, planificando bien los tiempos, las t\u00e9cnicas, demostrando la pasta de chef de la que estamos hechos. Eso si, el resultado de tanto esfuerzo ser\u00e1 una ovaci\u00f3n familiar en pie y con vuelta al ruedo por parte del cocinero. Imposible\u00a0resistirse\u00a0a una buena merluza asada al punto, rellena de jugosa ventresca de conservas Serrats y acompa\u00f1ada de unas deliciosas almejas. Para rematar el dia: caf\u00e9, copa, sobremesa \u00a0y siesta mientras friegan los cu\u00f1ados. Gran plan de domingo, \u00bfos anim\u00e1is?<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Ingredientes:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>1\u00a0merluza\u00a0(limpia, abierta como un libro y sin la espina)<\/li>\n<li>1 kilo de almejas<\/li>\n<li>2 latas de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.serrats.com\/ventresca-de-bonito\">Ventresca de Bonito del Norte Serrats<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Unos cuantos langostinos crudos<\/li>\n<li>1 cebolla<\/li>\n<li>guindilla<\/li>\n<li>Una cucharadita de piment\u00f3n<\/li>\n<li>4 o 5 dientes de ajo<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 copa de co\u00f1ac<\/li>\n<li>1 cucharada sopera de tomate frito<\/li>\n<li>perejil fresco<\/li>\n<li>pimienta molida<\/li>\n<li>aceite y sal<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Elaboraci\u00f3n:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00a0Pelamos los langostinos y los troceamos (dejamos unos cuantos para hacer a la plancha)<\/li>\n<li>desmenuzamos la ventresca de bonito<\/li>\n<li>En un bol ponemos los langostinos y la ventresca, echamos perejil picado, pimienta negra molida y un poquito de sal, y mezclamos bien<\/li>\n<li>En la\u00a0merluza\u00a0abierta ponemos la mezcla anterior, cerramos y atamos para que no se salga nada<\/li>\n<li>En una fuente de horno precalentado 10 minutos a 200\u00ba \u00a0ponemos un poco aceite de oliva en el fondo y \u00a0encima la\u00a0merluza.<\/li>\n<li>Por otro lado, ponemos en una sart\u00e9n un poco de aceite, pochamos la cebolla, los ajos picaditos, la guindilla, el piment\u00f3n y el perejil<\/li>\n<li>Cuando est\u00e9n a\u00f1adimos el co\u00f1ac, una cucharada sopera de tomate frito y un poco de sal<\/li>\n<li>Se echan las almejas y se tapan. Apartamos cuando est\u00e9n abiertas<\/li>\n<li>En la plancha ponemos un poquito de aceite y los langostinos y le echamos un poquito de sal<\/li>\n<li>Cortamos la\u00a0merluza\u00a0en rodajas<\/li>\n<li>Servimos con una rodaja de la\u00a0merluza, unas almejas y 2 langostinos a la plancha.
