Se encuentra en el bonito pueblo guipuzcoano de Oyarzun, a unos minutos de Donosti en coche. Un caser\u00edo de 600 a\u00f1os alberga la casa de Hilario Arbelaiz; un restaurador de renombre mundial que siempre ha abanderado la tradici\u00f3n, la importancia de la materia prima en sus preparaciones, y que ha confiado en su familia para llevar junto a \u00e9l este restaurante.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Hilario acaba de inaugurar la temporada de terraza, un espacio de su caser\u00edo que en su\u00a0d\u00eda\u00a0correspondi\u00f3 a las antiguas cuadras, reconvertido hoy en un espacio fresco y confortable para disfrutar de una buena comida. La inauguraci\u00f3n cont\u00f3 con una presentaci\u00f3n organizada por el Diario Vasco en las que<a href=\"https:\/\/www.serrats.com\"> Conservas Serrats<\/a> ha estado muy presente. Como comprobar\u00e9is en nuestro PDF adjunto, formamos parte de los aperitivos previos a un men\u00fa degustaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a1Para nosotros es un orgullo que nuestros productos sirvan a un genio de la talla de Arbelaitz como inspiraci\u00f3n! Parece que cr\u00edticos y particulares quedaron encantados con el men\u00fa degustaci\u00f3n y con la presentaci\u00f3n de la confortable terraza.<\/p>\n<p>Recordad nuestra recomendaci\u00f3n y dejaos caer en Zuberoa si pas\u00e1is por Guip\u00fazcoa. No encontrar\u00e9is una cocina en la que la tradici\u00f3n sea mas respetada, pero conecte a su vez de un modo tan preciso con la cocina de vanguardia.
