No solo porque so\u00f1amos con tostarnos en la playa de Ipanema, bailar samba a lo loco con una cacha\u00e7a en una mano y un berimbau en la otra, o disfrutar del atardecer desde lo alto del pan de\u00a0az\u00facar&#8230; Tambi\u00e9n porque all\u00ed saben tratar las <a href=\"https:\/\/www.serrats.com\">conservas <\/a>como se merecen. Y para muestra un bot\u00f3n. Una ensalada fresca con el toque ex\u00f3tico de la pi\u00f1a para plantar en la mesa este domingo y quedar como se\u00f1ores. Y si os anim\u00e1is con unas caipirinhas \u00a1no os quiero ni contar!<!--more--><\/p>\n<h2>Ingredientes:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Patatas cocidas en dados<\/li>\n<li>Pi\u00f1a picada en dados<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.serrats.com\/atun-claro\">At\u00fan claro<\/a> de Conservas Serrats<\/li>\n<li>Crema agria<\/li>\n<li>Cebollino picado<\/li>\n<li>zumo de lim\u00f3n<\/li>\n<li>aceite de oliva<\/li>\n<li>sal<\/li>\n<li>escarola<\/li>\n<li>Tomate cherry<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Preparaci\u00f3n:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Cortar la patata en dados y cocer en agua y sal<\/li>\n<li>cortar la pi\u00f1a fresca en dados te tama\u00f1o similar a la patata<\/li>\n<li>A\u00f1adir el at\u00fan claro<\/li>\n<li>A\u00f1adir 2 o 3 cucharadas de crema de leche, o crema agria<\/li>\n<li>incorporar el cebollino finamente picado al gusto<\/li>\n<li>exprimir un lim\u00f3n y a\u00f1adir una cucharada junto a otra de acite de oliva y un pellizco de sal<\/li>\n<li>mezclar muy bien todos los ingredientes hasta homogeneizarlos<\/li>\n<li>En un plato disponer la escarola y con un aro de decoraci\u00f3n montar la ensalada en el centro<\/li>\n<li>Un par de tomates cherry y una juliana de verdura rematan la ensalada<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>La Chef <strong>Eliane Carvalho<\/strong>, formada en Par\u00eds, pero con un restaurante en Sao Paulo (el Babette), nos ense\u00f1a a prepararla en unos minutitos.
