Esta es una receta que se define sola en su propia imagen. Buen pan para construir una base en condiciones, pimiento de primera para aportarle el toque ahumado, un buen pedazo de jugosa ventresca, y el dulzor de la cebolla caramelizada. Una tosta robustota para disfrutar sin remilgos, para saborear a dos carrillos y sacar todo el partido a las <a href=\"https:\/\/www.serrats.com\">Conservas Serrats<\/a>. \u00a1Probadla hoy mismo!<!--more--><\/p>\n<h2>Ingredientes (4 personas):<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>1 bote de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.serrats.com\/ventresca-de-bonito\">Ventresca de Bonito del Norte<\/a> de Conservas Serrats<\/li>\n<li>\u00a02 pimientos rojos<\/li>\n<li>2 cebollas<\/li>\n<li>2 cucharada de az\u00facar<\/li>\n<li>4 rebanadas de pan gruesas<\/li>\n<li>Sal en escamas<\/li>\n<li>Sal fina<\/li>\n<li>Aceite<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Preparaci\u00f3n:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Empezamos asando nuestros pimientos. Para ello los envolvemos en papel de horno, junto con un hilito de aceite de oliva y un poco de sal fina y colocamos nuestros paquetes en el horno. As\u00ed asaremos nuestros pimientos sin que se nos carbonicen<\/li>\n<li>Cuando terminemos de asarlos, dejaremos que se entibien para poder pelarlos mejor<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Por \u00faltimo los cortaremos en trozos peque\u00f1os. Mientras tanto, cortaremos nuestra cebolla en juliana y la pondremos en una sart\u00e9n con un poco de aceite para que se vaya pochando<\/li>\n<li>Pasados unos minutos agregaremos las cucharadas de az\u00facar para que se caramelice un poco, no dej\u00e9is que se cocine demasiado<\/li>\n<li>S\u00f3lo nos queda tostar nuestras rebanadas de pan y montar nuestra tosta<\/li>\n<li>Ponemos nuestra rebanada de pan como base de la tosta.
