El Vitello Tonnato (ternera atunada) es un plato muy apreciado en Italia y Argentina, y tiene un caracter festivo, sobre todo se suele consumir en las fiestas de fin de a\u00f1o. La base de la receta es la carne de ternera, pero aderezada con una salsa en la que <a href=\"https:\/\/www.serrats.com\">Conservas Serrats<\/a> tiene mucho que decir. Os garantizo que el plato sorprender\u00e1 a propios y extra\u00f1os muy positivamente, como nos asegura Vicente que pas\u00f3 la \u00faltima vez que la prepar\u00f3. M\u00e1s abajo os\u00a0mostrar\u00e9\u00a0la fotograf\u00eda que nos envi\u00f3. Bueno&#8230;\u00bfNos ponemos a ello? \u00a1Va por t\u00ed, Vicente!<!--more--><\/p>\n<h2>Ingredientes:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>1 kg de redondo de ternera<\/li>\n<li>200 grs. de zanahoria<\/li>\n<li>300 grs. de cebolla<\/li>\n<li>70 grs. de apio<\/li>\n<li>1 taza de vinagre de vino<\/li>\n<li>zumo de lim\u00f3n<\/li>\n<li>1 lata de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.serrats.com\/atun-claro\">at\u00fan claro<\/a> Serrats<\/li>\n<li>7 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.serrats.com\/anchoas-del-cantabrico\">anchoas del Cant\u00e1brico<\/a> Serrats<\/li>\n<li>2 cucharaditas de alcaparras<\/li>\n<li>6 cucharadas de aceite de oliva<\/li>\n<li>2 huevos duros<\/li>\n<li>2 tomates<\/li>\n<li>sal<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Preparaci\u00f3n:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Con una liz, atar el redondo para que mantenga su forma<\/li>\n<li>Poner en una olla con agua y vinagre junto al apio picado las cebollas troceadas, y las zanahorias. Salapimentar.<\/li>\n<li>Cocer entre hora y hora y media hasta que la carne est\u00e9 al punto. Sacar y reservar.<\/li>\n<li>Preparamos la salsa majando el at\u00fan con las anchoas hasta obtener una pasta<\/li>\n<li>Agregar al mortero el zumo de lim\u00f3n y el aceite junto a un poco del caldo resultante de la cocci\u00f3n de la carne<\/li>\n<li>Majar hasta obtener una cremas suave<\/li>\n<li>Colocar la carne en una fuente y cubrir con la salsa, y dejar reposar unas horas<\/li>\n<li>Cortar el redondo fino y colocar en la bandeja a modo de roastbeef, con las rodajas solap\u00e1ndose<\/li>\n<li>Cubrir con la salsa y esparcir unas alcaparras para decorar, as\u00ed como con tomate y huevo duro<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Fijaos en el ambiente festivo que se puede obtener con unos amigos, un buen vino y una fuente de vitello tonnato.
