Una paleta de jam\u00f3n y piment\u00f3n de la Vera por Extremadura, aceite de oliva virgen por Andaluc\u00eda, buen y saludable tomate de la huerta mediterr\u00e1nea, y anchoa de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.serrats.com\">Conservas Serrats<\/a> de la costa Cant\u00e1brica. NADA puede salir mal con estos ingredientes, pero es que adem\u00e1s Fernando se las ha ingeniado para armonizar todos ellos en estos bocaditos Ib\u00e9ricos a m\u00e1s no poder. El resultado: espectacular. Yo tengo que probar esto hoy mismo, \u00bfy vosotros?<!--more--><\/p>\n<h2>Ingredientes:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>1 tostada de pan, o un trozo de la base de una baguette<\/li>\n<li>2 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.serrats.com\/comprar-anchoas-del-cantabrico\">anchoas del Cant\u00e1brico<\/a><\/li>\n<li>1 lonchas de jam\u00f3n serrano o paleta extreme\u00f1a<\/li>\n<li>Piment\u00f3n de la Vera dulce<\/li>\n<li>Sal<\/li>\n<li>Aceite de oliva virgen<\/li>\n<li>1 huevo cocido<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 tomate mediano o 1 tarrina peque\u00f1a de tomate natural<\/li>\n<li>Or\u00e9gano<\/li>\n<li>Vinagre bals\u00e1mico<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Preparaci\u00f3n:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Colocamos la rebanada de pan en el plato<\/li>\n<li>Pelamos el 1\/2 tomate y lo rallamos, o si nos es m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil cogemos una tarrina de las de tomate triturado natural que hay en los supermercados o tiendas de productos extreme\u00f1os<\/li>\n<li>Esparcimos el tomate triturado por todo el pan<\/li>\n<li>Le a\u00f1adimos un poco de sal, y un poco de aceite de oliva<\/li>\n<li>Cortamos en lascas el jam\u00f3n serrano o la paleta y la colocamos por encima del tomate<\/li>\n<li>Troceamos en rodaja el huevo cocido y lo colocamos encima, los trozos que quer\u00e1is, Fernando ha puesto dos<\/li>\n<li>Cogemos 2 anchoas y las colocamos tambi\u00e9n por encima al gusto<\/li>\n<li>Espolvoreamos un poco de or\u00e9gano y piment\u00f3n dulce por todo el bocadito<\/li>\n<li>Echamos un peque\u00f1o chorrito de aceite de oliva por encima y unas gotitas de vinagre
