Con un par de latas de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.serrats.com\">Conservas Serrats<\/a>, arroz blanco y unos brotes de verdura como elementos principales, preparamos un <strong>Bibimbap<\/strong> (la traducci\u00f3n literal ser\u00eda mezcla de arroz) para dar el toque ex\u00f3tico a nuestra mesa este fin de semana, as\u00ed que abrid vuestra mente y paladar a estas nuevas propuestas \u00a1y conseguir\u00e9is una cultura\u00a0gastron\u00f3mica\u00a0m\u00e1s amplia!<!--more--><\/p>\n<h2>Ingredientes:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Arroz hervido<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.serrats.com\/bonito-norte-al-natural\">Bonito del Norte al Natural<\/a>\u00a0de Conservas Serrats<\/li>\n<li>Gochujang (pasta de pimiento Coreano, similar a nuestro choricero)<\/li>\n<li>Brotes variados (de cebolla, de puerros, etc&#8230;)<\/li>\n<li>Un huevo<\/li>\n<li>Aceite\u00a0de s\u00e9samo<\/li>\n<li>Alga Laver tostada, o\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.serrats.com\/comprar-algas\">\u00a0Algas de Conservas Serrats<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Preparaci\u00f3n:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Lavar bien los brotes de verdura<\/li>\n<li>Escurrir el agua del Bonito del Norte al Natural<\/li>\n<li>Fre\u00edr el huevo<\/li>\n<li>Disponer los brotes y el at\u00fan en un bol en cuyo fondo habremos colocado el arroz hervido<\/li>\n<li>Colocar el huevo frito por encima y completar con las algas<\/li>\n<li>Ali\u00f1ar con unas gotas de aceite de s\u00e9samo<\/li>\n<li>A\u00f1adir una cucharada de Gochujang<\/li>\n<li>Mezclar con dos cucharas \u00a1y a disfrutar!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a1Muy facilita y r\u00e1pida de preparar! Un par de truquillos: cuidado con el aceite de s\u00e9samo porque tiene un sabor muy particular al que no estamos muy acostumbrados, as\u00ed que unas gotitas bastar\u00e1n. Si no encontr\u00e1is la pasta de Gochujang, pod\u00e9is improvisar una a partir de salsa de tomate con un poco de pasta de pimiento choricero. Para rematar el plato, se mezcla todo al gusto y se come a cucharadas.
