Maite no solo cuida al m\u00e1ximo la elaboraci\u00f3n de sus recetas, como ver\u00e9is en \u00ab<a href=\"https:\/\/lamambalina.blogspot.com.es\/\">La Mambalina<\/a>\u00bb \u00a0la presentaci\u00f3n de los platos es otro de sus fuertes. Hoy nos trae este plato a base de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.serrats.com\">Conservas Serrats<\/a>\u00a0, y apuesto lo que quer\u00e1is a que este mismo fin de semana estar\u00e1 plantado en todas vuestras mesas. Ala, poned agua a hervir \u00a1y a menear el bigote!<!--more--><\/p>\n<h2>Ingredientes para 12 unidades:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Seis u. de huevos camperos<\/li>\n<li>200gr. de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.serrats.com\/bonito-del-norte\">Bonito del Norte de Conservas Serrats<\/a><\/li>\n<li>6 u. de filetes de anchoa<\/li>\n<li>mayonesa o all-i-oli<\/li>\n<li>pimienta<\/li>\n<li>perejil<\/li>\n<li>ajo<\/li>\n<li>sal<\/li>\n<li>Salsa de tomate<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Preparaci\u00f3n:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Colocamos los seis huevos en un cazo con agua y los llevamos a ebullici\u00f3n (m\u00e1ximo 10 minutos), con un chorrito de vinagre de vino blanco para que despu\u00e9s nos sea mas f\u00e1cil pelar el huevo<\/li>\n<li>Una vez transcurrido el tiempo, los sacamos del agua y los pasamos a un cuenco con agua fr\u00eda, durante unos minutos, los pelamos y con un cuchillo fino y bien afilado los partimos por la mitad de manera transversal horizontal, (no en vertical), de manera que la mitad del huevo permanezca quietos<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-8065\" title=\"Bonito del Norte Serrats\" src=\"https:\/\/serrats.com\/recetas\/wp-content\/uploads\/Bonito-del-Norte-Serrats-345x460.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"207\" height=\"276\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.serrats.com\/recetas\/wp-content\/uploads\/Bonito-del-Norte-Serrats-345x460.jpg 345w, https:\/\/www.serrats.com\/recetas\/wp-content\/uploads\/Bonito-del-Norte-Serrats.jpg 600w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 207px) 100vw, 207px\" \/><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00a0Sacamos las yemas y las desmigamos en un cuenco. Le a\u00f1adimos el at\u00fan, el ajo y perejil picados, la sal, la pimienta y la mayonesa al gusto<\/li>\n<li>Por \u00faltimo incorporaremos a la mezcla las anchoas cortadas finamente.
