Con el fin de semana en puertas hemos pensado que nuestra receta internacional de hoy ten\u00eda que ser r\u00e1pida de preparar, con un toque original y como de costumbre, rica. La receta viene de la mano de Hugh Fearnley, de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rivercottage.net\/\">River Cottage<\/a>, un programa de televisi\u00f3n brit\u00e1nico que prepara recetas de cocina con un toque especial a la inglesa. Las tostas no tienen ning\u00fan misterio, unas anchoas de Conservas Serrats, un poco de remolacha, y un par de ingredientes m\u00e1s que os detallamos a continuaci\u00f3n. \u00bfOs anim\u00e1is a probar?<!--more--><\/p>\n<h2>Ingredientes:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00a0Mahonesa (pod\u00e9is prepararla casera, o utilizar la preparada)<\/li>\n<li>Huevo cocido<\/li>\n<li>mantequilla<\/li>\n<li>Rebanadas de pan<\/li>\n<li>Remolacha normal y roja (si pod\u00e9is encontrarla)<\/li>\n<li>Anchoas del Cant\u00e1brico de Conservas Serrats<\/li>\n<li>Pimienta negra<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Preparaci\u00f3n:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Picad el huevo cocido y mezclarlo con la mahonesa<\/li>\n<li>Cortad el pan en rebanadas y untad un poco de mantequilla<\/li>\n<li>Acomodad sobre la tostada unas rodajas de remolacha<\/li>\n<li>A\u00f1adid el huevo con la mahonesa<\/li>\n<li>Coronad con unas anchoas<\/li>\n<li>A\u00f1adid un poco de pimienta<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a1Sencillo a m\u00e1s no poder! Pero si os tira m\u00e1s el formato visual, os dejo un video en el que queda perfectamente explicado.
