Y adem\u00e1s es especialista en sacar el m\u00e1ximo partido a nuestras conservas como pod\u00e9is comprobar en nuestra receta de hoy, y en alguna m\u00e1s que nos ha <a href=\"https:\/\/serrats.com\/recetas\/envianos-tu-receta\/\">enviado<\/a> y os iremos desvelando. Las tostas que os ense\u00f1amos hoy son ideales para quedar de lujo en cualquier celebraci\u00f3n: ligeras, elegantes y deliciosas, y con un ajopere que les aporta un\u00a0car\u00e1cter\u00a0especial. Haced caso a Silvia \u00a1que de esto sabe un rato!<!--more--><\/p>\n<h2>Ingredientes:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Calabac\u00edn<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.serrats.com\/es\/lata-boquerones\">Boquerones<\/a> de Conservas Serrats<\/li>\n<li>Pan<\/li>\n<li>Aceite de Oliva virgen extra<\/li>\n<li>Perejil fresco<\/li>\n<li>Ajo<\/li>\n<li>Sal en escamas<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Preparaci\u00f3n:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Lavamos el calabac\u00edn y partimos unas rodajas finitas, calentamos bien una plancha el\u00e9ctrica o una sart\u00e9n, a\u00f1adimos unas gotas de aceite de oliva y cocinamos el calabac\u00edn.<\/li>\n<li>Lo haremos a temperatura fuerte para que nos quede bien doradito con efecto \u00abbraseado\u00bb.\u00a0Reservamos unos segundos mientras continuamos con el siguiente paso.<\/li>\n<li>En esa misma plancha o sart\u00e9n tostamos las rebanadas de pan.<\/li>\n<li>Ahora tan solo queda montar la tosta colocando el calabac\u00edn sobre el pan, unas escamas de sal, el boquer\u00f3n y para finalizar un buen chorrito de nuestro aceite de ajo y perejil o\u00a0\u00abAjopere\u00bb<\/li>\n<li>Para el ajopere: \u00a0batir aceite de oliva virgen extra con un manojo de perejil fresco y ajo al gusto hasta conseguir que
