esperando!<!--more--><!--more--><\/p>\n<h2>Ingredientes:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Puerro\u00a0(la parte blanca)<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.serrats.com\/bonito-del-norte\">Bonito en aceite de oliva de Conservas Serrats<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.serrats.com\/anchoas-del-cantabrico\">Anchoas en aceite de oliva de Conservas Serrats<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Mayonesa preferiblemente casera<\/li>\n<li>Unas gotas de vinagre suave<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Preparaci\u00f3n:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Lo primero que haremos es preparar los puerros, para ello cortamos la parte verde (que por supuesto no tiramos ya que la podemos usar para otras preparaciones), los partimos por la mitad longitudinalmente, retiramos la capa exterior y los lavamos bien para eliminar posibles restos de tierra (los lavaremos con cuidado para no desmontar las capas).<\/li>\n<li>Los cocinamos al vapor, Silvia lo hizo \u00a0en el recipiente Varoma de una forma muy sencilla, programando temperatura Varoma, tiempo 20 minutos*, velocidad 2.<br \/>\nSi no tenemos Thermomix los colocamos en una vaporera y cocemos en una olla con abundante agua (evitando en todo momento que el agua entre en contacto con los puerros) durante unos 20 minutos*.<br \/>\nComprobamos si est\u00e1n tiernos con la punta de un cuchillo, si lo est\u00e1n los sacamos del recipiente Varoma o vaporera y reservamos<\/li>\n<li>Echamos la mayonesa en un bowl y aligeramos con unas gotas de un vinagre suave, Silvia ha usado uno que lleva\u00a0pulpa de tomate.<\/li>\n<li>Cuando los puerros han\u00a0enfriado un poquito los partimos en trozos del tama\u00f1o de una bocado (as\u00ed despu\u00e9s resultar\u00e1 m\u00e1s c\u00f3modo comerlos) y vamos\u00a0coloc\u00e1ndolos\u00a0en el plato de presentaci\u00f3n<\/li>\n<li>Les echamos un poquito de salsa mayonesa aligerada, un trozo de bonito y una anchoa.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium
