Pues sin duda \u00a1es una Chef de palabra! Tal y como prometi\u00f3 en su blog \u00ab<a href=\"https:\/\/www.cocinandoentrefogones.blogspot.com.es\/\">Cocinando entre fogones<\/a>\u00bb despu\u00e9s de recibir nuestra <a href=\"https:\/\/www.serrats.com\/comprar-caja-regalo-tradicional\">caja regalo<\/a>, puso su creatividad a toda m\u00e1quina y\u00a0empez\u00f3\u00a0a sacar de la chistera fant\u00e1sticas recetas con <a href=\"https:\/\/www.serrats.com\">nuestras conservas<\/a>. Una de ellas es la que\u00a0veis\u00a0aqu\u00ed, unos bocaditos rellenos que ya han conseguido que los est\u00f3magos de nuestro consejo de chefs se pongan a cantar Rigoletto. \u00a1\u00a1Ya mismo a por las cacerolas!!<!--more--><\/p>\n<h2>Ingredientes para 3 personas:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>1\/2\u00a0Calabacin<\/li>\n<li>1 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.serrats.com\/comprar-anchoas-del-cantabrico\">Lata de\u00a0Anchoas\u00a0de Conservas Serrats<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Queso\u00a0en lonchas<\/li>\n<li>1 Pimiento Rojo<\/li>\n<li>125gr Harina<\/li>\n<li>1 Botellin de cerveza<\/li>\n<li>1 Sobre doble de gaseosas<\/li>\n<li>1 pizca de sal<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Preparaci\u00f3n:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Mezclamos la Harina con el sobre de gaseosas\u00a0y\u00a0la sal<\/li>\n<li>A\u00f1adimos la cerveza poco a poco\u00a0y\u00a0mezclando con ayuda de unas varillas<\/li>\n<li>Tapamos con film transparente\u00a0y\u00a0reservamos en el frigor\u00edfico durante 30 minutos<\/li>\n<li>Fre\u00edmos los pimientos\u00a0y\u00a0reservamos<\/li>\n<li>Lavamos bien el\u00a0calabacin\u00a0y\u00a0cortamos en rodajas finas<\/li>\n<li>Cortamos el\u00a0queso\u00a0en laminas\u00a0y\u00a0redondeamos los cantos<\/li>\n<li>Para montar los calabacines primero ponemos una rodaja de\u00a0calabacin\u00a0luego el pimiento frito, el\u00a0queso\u00a0y\u00a0las\u00a0anchoas<\/li>\n<li>Acabamos con una rodaja de\u00a0calabacin<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0A nuestra masa Orly le a\u00f1adimos un poco de colorante alimentario\u00a0y\u00a0mezclamos<\/li>\n<li>Ponemos una sarten al fuego con aceite de oliva, pasamos los calabacines ya rellenos por la masa\u00a0y\u00a0fre\u00edmos hasta que se doren\n<figure id=\"attachment_8280\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-8280\" style=\"width: 600px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-8280\" title=\"Calabac\u00edn relleno de anchoas y queso\" src=\"https:\/\/serrats.com\/recetas\/wp-content\/uploads\/cats1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"402\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-8280\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Bocaditos irresistibles<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a1Leire nos asegura el picoteo!<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Un bocadito que esconde un aut\u00e9ntico manjar.
