Si en estos momentos hay alg\u00fan andaluz tir\u00e1ndose de los pelos por lo que estoy diciendo, \u00a1\u00a1le ruego que escriba un comentario corrigi\u00e9ndome!! En cualquier caso el salmorejo que hoy nos propone <strong>Gotzon<\/strong> es de aut\u00e9ntico lujo. Fresco y con un poco de bonito del norte por encima se convierte en un entrante perfecto para estos d\u00edas de calor. \u00bfQu\u00e9 me dec\u00eds?<!--more--><!--more--><\/p>\n<h2>Ingredientes:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"line-height: 13px;\">8 Tomates Maduros pelados<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"line-height: 13px;\">1 Cebolla dulce blanca<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"line-height: 13px;\">1 Cucharilla de cafe con Comino<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"line-height: 13px;\">1 Cucharilla con Pimienta Blanca<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"line-height: 13px;\">4 Dientes de Ajo<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"line-height: 13px;\">1 Bote de Pimientos Morrones<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"line-height: 13px;\">2 Ramas de Cilantro<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"line-height: 13px;\">1 Vaso de zumo de lim\u00f3n<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"line-height: 13px;\">Media cucharilla de Sal\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"line-height: 13px;\">Una Cucharada de Vinagre de M\u00f3dena<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"line-height: 13px;\">2 Latas peque\u00f1as de<a href=\"https:\/\/www.serrats.com\/bonito-del-norte\"> Bonito de norte de Conservas Serrats <\/a>escurrido<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"line-height: 13px;\">1\/2 Pan Seco (Gotzon usa \u00a0pan Integral)\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Preparaci\u00f3n:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"line-height: 13px;\">Se corta la Cebolla a la Brunoise y se pone a pochar con aceite de oliva<br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<li>En un puchero grande se echan los tomates, pimientos, el com\u00edno, los ajos, las ramas de cilantro troceadas, la pimienta y el zumo de lim\u00f3n. Todo ello se pulveriza con una Turmix, despu\u00e9s se a\u00f1ade la sal corrigiendo al gusto<\/li>\n<li>Se a\u00f1aden los trozos de pan seco y se espera hasta que se pongan blandos.Luego se a\u00f1ade la cebolla pochada con el aceite incluido 1\/4 de vaso y se vuelve a pasar el Turmix hasta que se pulverice todo junto<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0El grosor de la sopa se corrige con un poco de caldo vegetal o agua.
