Deliciosos <strong>filetes de cordero con finas hierbas y salsa de anchoas<\/strong>. Un plato de inspiraci\u00f3n francesa al que hay que dar una oportunidad. Ya sab\u00e9is que la cocina francesa hace muy buenas migas con las hierbas arom\u00e1ticas, y con los contrastes de sabores. Tambi\u00e9n rompe barreras como la de ali\u00f1ar una carne con salsa de pescado, como es el caso. \u00bfQue vosotros tambi\u00e9n ten\u00e9is una receta para fardar y quer\u00e9is compartirla? Pues nada, enviadnosla cuanto antes y adem\u00e1s de compartirla con todos los amigos de nuestro blog, \u00a1participar\u00e1 en nuestro <a href=\"https:\/\/serrats.com\/recetas\/concurso-de-recetas\/\">concurso <\/a>autom\u00e1ticamente!<!--more--><\/p>\n<h2>Ingredientes:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>4 bistecs de cordero<\/li>\n<li>4 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.serrats.com\/comprar-anchoas-del-cantabrico\">anchoas de Conservas Serrats<\/a><\/li>\n<li>1 diente de ajo<\/li>\n<li>3 calabacines<\/li>\n<li>15 cl de aceite de oliva<\/li>\n<li>Una pizca de sal<\/li>\n<li>Un poco de tomillo<\/li>\n<li>Un poco de romero<\/li>\n<li>Un poquito de laurel<\/li>\n<li>2 cl de vino blanco<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Preparaci\u00f3n:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"line-height: 13px;\">Cortar el calabac\u00edn en rodajas finas<\/span><\/li>\n<li>Filetear medio ajo<\/li>\n<li>Separar las hojas de tomillo y colocarlas en un bol<\/li>\n<li>Calentar aceite en una sert\u00e1n y a\u00f1adir los ajos. Incorporar el calabac\u00edn y las hierbas. Salar y dorar.<\/li>\n<li>Colocar en un almirez el vinagre y unas cuantas anchoas de Conservas Serrats. Majar hasta obtener una salsa.<\/li>\n<li>Separar las hojas del romero y un poco de laurel con el otro medio ajo. Picar muy finamente.<\/li>\n<li>Poner a dorar los bistecs de cordero en una sart\u00e9n con un poco de aceite. Salar.<\/li>\n<li>Cuando le demos la vuelta a\u00f1adir la mezcla de ajos, laurel y romero.<\/li>\n<li>A\u00f1adir por encima un poco de salsa de anchoas y vinagre.<\/li>\n<li>No dejar cocinarse mucho los bistecs y servir calentitos.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00bfMuy franc\u00e9s el tema, no?
