Los <strong>huevos rellenos de at\u00fan<\/strong> son un plato socorrido, de los de comer de un bocado, hasta pringarnos la nariz de mayonesa y disfrut\u00e1ndolo en toda su dimensi\u00f3n. <strong>Charo<\/strong> nos propone prepararlos al modo tradicional, o con el robot de cocina Fussion Cook. Por cierto, no os perd\u00e1is ni una coma de su blog \u00ab<a href=\"https:\/\/charococina.blogspot.com.es\/\">Uhmm qu\u00e9 rico<\/a>!!\u00bb \u00a0All\u00ed encontrar\u00e9is verdaderas maravillas para trastear con criterio entre pucheros. De momento vamos a por estos huevos \u00a1y luego nos animaremos con m\u00e1s!<!--more--><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Ingredientes:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>2 huevos<\/li>\n<li>1 cucharada sopera de salsa de tomate<\/li>\n<li>1 lata peque\u00f1a de de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.serrats.com\/atun-claro\">at\u00fan claro<\/a> en escabeche (o en aceite)<\/li>\n<li>2 cucharadas soperas de mayonesa<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Preparaci\u00f3n:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"line-height: 13px;\">Si optamos por prepararlos con el robot Fussion Cook, ponemos los huevos en la cubeta y echamos agua hasta cubrirlos del todo. Cerramos la olla con la v\u00e1lvula cerrada y programamos men\u00fa manual 1 minutos. Dejamos que una vez finalizado el programa, la Fussion Cook despresurice sola<\/span><\/li>\n<li>Por el modo tradicional,\u00a0ponemos los huevos en una cacerola, la llenamos de agua y ponemos al fuego. Una vez empiece el agua a hervir, contamos 15 minutos<\/li>\n<li>Pelamos los huevos duros y los cortamos por la mitad longitudinalmente. Retiramos las yemas y las ponemos en un bol. A las yemas a\u00f1adimos la salsa de tomate, el at\u00fan y la mayonesa<\/li>\n<li>Mezclamos todo muy bien hasta obtener una pasta homog\u00e9nea. Rellenamos con la pasta las claras de los huevos.
