Nos chifla esa textura, ese car\u00e1cter potente, y ese sabor inconfundible que le aportan el <a href=\"https:\/\/www.serrats.com\/bonito-del-norte\">bonito del norte<\/a> y las <a href=\"https:\/\/www.serrats.com\/comprar-anchoas-del-cantabrico\">anchoas<\/a>. Tambi\u00e9n tenemos que confesaros que la modalidad que nos env\u00eda <strong>Silvia<\/strong> \u00a1se ha convertido en nuestra favorita! \u00a0Y no es de extra\u00f1ar, porque Silvia se pasa el dia <a href=\"https:\/\/jugandoalascocinitas-silvia.blogspot.com.es\/\">Jugando a las cocinitas<\/a>, y eso al final se nota en la calidad de sus recetas. Os invito a disfrutar preparando este plato, y viendo las caras de satisfacci\u00f3n de los comensales cuando salga a la mesa. \u00a1Paso ligero a la cocina!<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Ingredientes:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>250 gr de cintas\u00a0(o el tipo de pasta que m\u00e1s os guste)<\/li>\n<li>400 gr de tomate natural\u00a0(rallado para eliminar piel y semillas)<\/li>\n<li>100 gr de\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.serrats.com\/bonito-del-norte\" target=\"_blank\">bonito del norte en conserva<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Una cucharada de postre de alcaparras\u00a0(o m\u00e1s si te gustan mucho)<\/li>\n<li>Unas 8-10 aceitunas negras\u00a0(retiramos el hueso)<\/li>\n<li>5<a href=\"https:\/\/www.serrats.com\/anchoas-del-cantabrico\" target=\"_blank\">\u00a0anchoas en aceite de oliva<\/a>\u00a0(escurridas)<\/li>\n<li>2 dientes de ajo<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Copos de chile\u00a0(o guindilla)<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Or\u00e9gano<\/li>\n<li>Una pizca de canela*\u00b7Aceite de oliva virgen extra<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Perejil fresco picadito<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Preparaci\u00f3n:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00a0Ponemos un par de cucharadas de aceite de oliva en una sart\u00e9n alta (si la marca del bonito que vais a usar es de vuestra confianza pod\u00e9is utilizar su aceite sin problema), a\u00f1adimos los copos de chile (cantidad al gusto, depende lo masoquistas que seamos), los dientes de ajo prensados, las alcaparras y las anchoas (todo ello despu\u00e9s casi desaparecer\u00e1 formando una salsa deliciosa).<\/li>\n<li>Antes que el ajo se dore demasiado a\u00f1adimos el bonito un poquito desmigado, las aceitunas troceadas y el or\u00e9gano, rehogamos unos 6 minutos.<\/li>\n<li>Incorporamos el tomate y cocinamos a fuego medio durante 20 minutos m\u00e1s.<\/li>\n<li>Mientras se hace el tomate aprovechamos para llevar a ebullici\u00f3n abundante agua con un poquito de sal en una olla alta, cuando el tomate est\u00e1 casi listo cocemos la pasta que hayamos elegido, ya sab\u00e9is que es importante dejarla \u00abal dente\u00bb<\/li>\n<li>No cocemos la pasta con demasiada antelaci\u00f3n para que no se enfr\u00ede, evitando as\u00ed que se apelmace.<\/li>\n<li>Escurrimos bien las cintas e incorporamos inmediatamente a la salsa<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-8745\" alt=\"Cintas a la putanesca\" src=\"https:\/\/serrats.com\/recetas\/wp-content\/uploads\/Cintas-a-la-putanesca-600x380.jpg\" width=\"600\" height=\"380\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.serrats.com\/recetas\/wp-content\/uploads\/Cintas-a-la-putanesca-600x380.jpg 600w, https:\/\/www.serrats.com\/recetas\/wp-content\/uploads\/Cintas-a-la-putanesca.jpg 960w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a1De nuevo una receta de categor\u00eda por cuenta de Silvia!<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La salsa putanesca es ideal para cualquier plato de pasta.
