Unas habas tiernas con su vaina incluida, integradas en un meloso revuelto y con el toque de car\u00e1cter que le otorgan <a href=\"https:\/\/www.serrats.com\/comprar-anchoas-del-cantabrico\">nuestras anchoas<\/a> al conjunto. \u00bfNo se os hace la boca agua? A nosotros s\u00ed, as\u00ed que ya estamos corriendo a la despensa. Es la primera receta que nos env\u00eda Pilar, \u00a1pero esperamos que no sea la \u00faltima!<!--more--><\/p>\n<h2>Ingredientes para 2 comensales:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>1\/2kg habitas tiernas<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 cebolla<\/li>\n<li>2 dientes de ajo<\/li>\n<li>2 cucharadas de alcaparras<\/li>\n<li>1 lata de anchoas del Cant\u00e1brico de Conservas Serrats<\/li>\n<li>2 huevos<\/li>\n<li>2 claras de huevo<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 vaso vino blanco<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0aceite de oliva virgen extra<\/li>\n<li>pimienta negra molida<\/li>\n<li>albahaca<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Preparaci\u00f3n:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00a0Lavamos las habitas y cortamos a trocitos con vaina incluida.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Picamos la cebolla, las alcaparras y el ajo y lo a\u00f1adimos todo.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Rehogamos con un poco de aceite, a fuego medio durante unos 15 minutos, removiendo para que no se queme.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Ponemos el vino blanco y seguimos rehogando unos minutos m\u00e1s a fuego bajo moviendo de vez en cuando.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Troceamos las anchoas y las echamos a la sart\u00e9n.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Cuando el vino evapore, batimos los huevos y las claras y las a\u00f1adimos.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Revolvemos todo para que se haga el huevo.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Servimos en el plato y rociamos con un poco de aceite de oliva virgen extra, pimienta negra molida y espolvoreamos con albahaca.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-8784\" alt=\"Revuelto de habas con anchoas\" src=\"https:\/\/serrats.com\/recetas\/wp-content\/uploads\/Revuelto-de-habas-con-anchoas.jpg\" width=\"320\" height=\"240\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a1Muy original Pilar!<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Huerta y mar.
