No es para menos, no&#8230; \u00bfHab\u00e9is visto el aspecto de estos caramelos? Jugosos, sabrosos y con un corte muy bonito. Dolores ha volcado su creatividad gourmet en esta receta, que gustar\u00e1 a los enanos especialmente. Por cierto, es mucho mas sencilla de lo que aparenta, as\u00ed que espero que os anim\u00e9is a prepararla. Y nos lo cont\u00e1is, \u00bfeh?<!--more--><\/p>\n<h2>Ingredientes:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>1 masa de hojaldre rectangular<\/li>\n<li>1 lata de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.serrats.com\/ventresca-de-bonito\">ventresca de bonito<\/a> en aceite de oliva del norte de Conservas Serrats<\/li>\n<li>1 cebolla mediana<\/li>\n<li>2 cucharadas peque\u00f1as de az\u00facar moreno<\/li>\n<li>Vinagre de vino blanco<\/li>\n<li>Aceite de oliva virgen<\/li>\n<li>1 cu\u00f1a de queso curado de oveja<\/li>\n<li>Aceitunas negras sin hueso<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Preparaci\u00f3n:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Precalentamos el horno a 180 grados.<\/li>\n<li>Estiramos la masa de hojaldre sobre papel vegetal y la dividimos en cuatro rect\u00e1ngulos.<\/li>\n<li>Con ayuda de un molde semiesf\u00e9rico o si no ten\u00e9is pod\u00e9is hacerlo con una bola hecha con papel de aluminio muy apretada; vamos a formar el caramelo.<\/li>\n<li>Colocamos encima del molde redondo el rect\u00e1ngulo de hojaldre de forma centrada y lo dejamos caer encima, cerramos los dos lados del caramelo aprentando un poco el hojaldre y horneamos hasta que se dore el caramelo.<\/li>\n<li>Sacamos del horno, lo desmoldamos con cuidado y dejamos enfriar.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Pelamos la cebolla y la cortamos tipo juliana. Despu\u00e9s, en una sart\u00e9n, echamos un chorrito de aceite de oliva y ponemos a calentar a fuego medio durante 6 minutos aproximadamente. Removemos la cebolla continuamente.<\/li>\n<li>Pasados los 6 minutos, con la cebolla ya pochada, echamos 2 cucharadas de az\u00facar moreno, he utilizado este tipo de az\u00facar porque es m\u00e1s sana y le da un toque tostado muy sugerente al plato, pero es perfectamente v\u00e1lido el az\u00facar normal. La mantenemos a fuego lento sin dejar de remover durante 10 minutos. Concluido este tiempo, echamos un chorrito de vinagre de vino blanco. Lo dejamos 5 minutos hasta que se evapore. Sin dejar de remover. Pasados los 5 minutos la reservamos en un bol para que se enfri\u00e9.<\/li>\n<li>Cortamos el queso curado en taquitos peque\u00f1os.<\/li>\n<li>Cortamos las aceitunas negras en rodajitas finas.<\/li>\n<li>Abrimos la lata de ventresca de bonito y sacamos los trozos.
