Todas vuestras recetas nos alegran el d\u00eda, y nos hacen relamernos del gusto, pero \u00bfqui\u00e9n no se emociona al ver en el buz\u00f3n una carta que no es del banco, el agua, la luz y dem\u00e1s cobradores? <strong>M\u00aa Isabel <\/strong>nos ha enviado su receta por correo postal y en toda ella se intuye su gusto por lo artesano, desde el pan rallado a mano hasta la forma de env\u00edo, pasando por el cuidado desenfoque de la fotograf\u00eda y por la elecci\u00f3n de nuestras conservas gourmet. \u00a0;)<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>\u00bfNos ponemos \u00abmanos a la obra\u00bb?<\/p>\n<h2>Ingredientes:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>2 latas de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.serrats.com\/bonito-del-norte-aceite-oliva-tipica-120g-25ud\">Bonito del Norte en aceite de oliva<\/a> Serrats<\/li>\n<li>6 huevos<\/li>\n<li>1 taza de leche<\/li>\n<li>3 cucharadas de mantequilla<\/li>\n<li>1 cebolla mediana<\/li>\n<li>4 cucharadas de pan rallado<\/li>\n<li>2 tazas de queso parmesano<\/li>\n<li>Caldo de pescado<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Preparaci\u00f3n:<\/h2>\n<ol start=\"1\">\n<li>Untar con mantequilla un molde mediano y espolvorear con pan rallado.<\/li>\n<li>Poner en una sart\u00e9n las 3 cucharadas de mantequilla y sofre\u00edr la cebolla picada.<\/li>\n<li>Retirar del fuego y mezclar en un recipiente con los huevos batidos, el pan rallado restante, la leche y el queso parmesano.<\/li>\n<li>A\u00f1adir el bonito desmenuzado y el caldo de pescado. Mezclar bien.<\/li>\n<li>Colocar la mezcla en un molde y hornear al ba\u00f1o Mar\u00eda a 150 \u00baC durante 90 minutos.
