Ya el mes pasado nos deleit\u00f3 con un <a href=\"https:\/\/serrats.com\/recetas\/pudin-de-bonito\/\">pudin de bonito<\/a> en el que cuidaba hasta el \u00faltimo detalle, y ahora vuelve con unos pimientos rellenos de bonito que os har\u00e1n quedar como reyes ante vuestros invitados.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>No s\u00e9 vosotros, pero nosotros estamos deseando entrar a la cocina. \u00bfEmpezamos?<\/p>\n<h2>Ingredientes:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>16-20 pimientos del piquillo (seg\u00fan tama\u00f1o) para rellenar y 3 m\u00e1s para la salsa<\/li>\n<li>2 latas de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.serrats.com\/bonito-del-norte-aceite-oliva-tipica-120g-25ud\">bonito del norte en aceite de oliva<\/a> Serrats<\/li>\n<li>Una cebolla peque\u00f1a<\/li>\n<li>Alcaparras<\/li>\n<li>Pepinillos (al gusto)<\/li>\n<li>Un vasito peque\u00f1o de nata<\/li>\n<li>Un vaso de mayonesa<\/li>\n<li>Aceite de oliva<\/li>\n<li>Sal<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Elaboraci\u00f3n:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>El relleno:\n<ol>\n<li>Mezclamos el bonito, los pepinillos y las alcaparras, triturando suavemente.<\/li>\n<li>Lo mezclamos todo con la mayonesa y lo guardamos en fr\u00edo.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li>La salsa de pimientos:\n<ol>\n<li>Sofre\u00edmos en aceite la cebolla muy picada.<\/li>\n<li>Echamos los pimientos troceados.<\/li>\n<li>Cuando la cebolla est\u00e9 pochada, a\u00f1adimos la nata, hasta que se compacte un poco.<\/li>\n<li>Trituramos y reservamos en caliente.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li>Presentaci\u00f3n:\n<ol>\n<li>Rellenamos los pimientos con la primera mezcla.<\/li>\n<li>Echamos la salsa caliente por encima.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a1Listo para comer!<\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-9152\" alt=\"Pimientos del piquillo rellenos de bonito con salsa caliente de pimientos\" src=\"https:\/\/serrats.com\/recetas\/wp-content\/uploads\/pimientosrellenosdebonito.jpg\" width=\"600\" height=\"380\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>F\u00e1cil, atractivo y delicioso. \u00a1Gracias, M\u00aa Isabel!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u00bfEl cartero siempre llama dos veces?
