Dice \u00abVa una recetilla de ensalada de pasta, tan f\u00e1cil como ir al supermercado y comprar pasta de capricci (le llaman Gigli, pasta de s\u00e9mola de trigo con espinacas, remolacha y tinta de sepia) y alguna lata de at\u00fan, anchoas,\u00a0guisantes, ma\u00edz y algo de imaginaci\u00f3n o lo que encuentres por la nevera.<br \/>\nOs aseguro que esta receta entra por los ojos porque es una pasta muy colorida y la salsa hace de la ensalada algo delicioso y encima como todas las ensaladas no tiene mucho truco, mezclar y a comer. Lo m\u00e1s importante de esta ensalada es la pasta y la salsa.\u00bb Aqu\u00ed la ten\u00e9is, con sus mejores deseos&#8230;<!--more--><\/p>\n<h2>Ingredientes:<\/h2>\n<div><\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>1 bolsa de pasta Capricci o similar<\/li>\n<li>2 latas de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.serrats.com\/es\/lomos-atun-frasco-200g\">at\u00fan en aceite de oliva<\/a> de Conservas Serrats<\/li>\n<li>1 bote de guisantes extrafinos<\/li>\n<li>1 lata de ma\u00edz dulce<\/li>\n<li>2 huevos<\/li>\n<li>4 anchoas en aceite de Conservas Serrats<\/li>\n<li>1 cucharada grande de mostaza<\/li>\n<li>Sal y pimenta al gusto<\/li>\n<li>9 cucharadas de aceite de oliva<\/li>\n<li>3 cucharadas de vinagre<\/li>\n<li>1 cucharada de az\u00facar<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div>\n<h2>Preparaci\u00f3n de la pasta Gigli:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Calentamos en\u00a0una cazuela\u00a0grande un litro de agua por cada 100 gr. de pasta. Los 100 gr. es la medida recomendada por persona, excepto si tenemos apasionados\/as por la pasta<\/li>\n<li>Cuando empiece a hervir echamos 2 pu\u00f1ados generosos de sal y un chorrito de aceite. Seguidamente\u00a0a\u00f1adimos la pasta Gigli. Removemos con una\u00a0cuchara de madera para que la pasta\u00a0no se pegue y\u00a0quede suelta.<\/li>\n<li>Una vez transcurridos los\u00a09 minutos\u00a0 escurrimos la pasta inmediatamente y la pasamos por agua fr\u00eda (para cortar la cocci\u00f3n). Con este proceso conseguiremos lo que se llama pasta \u201cal dente\u201d o en su punto justo, es decir, que no se pase. Es f\u00e1cil de probar, en el interior de un\u00a0gigli\u00a0tiene que quedar como un hilo de pasta cruda y al probarla\u00a0est\u00e1 un poco dura.<\/li>\n<li>La rociamos con un poco de aceite de oliva y reservamos para despu\u00e9s.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Preparaci\u00f3n de la ensalada:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Para el compango de la ensalada, escurrimos y mezclamos la pasta con una lata peque\u00f1a de ma\u00edz dulce, una de guisantes finos, otras 2 de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.serrats.com\/es\/atun-claro\">at\u00fan<\/a>, 4 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.serrats.com\/es\/anchoas-del-cantabrico\">anchoas<\/a> en trocitos y la clara picada de 2 huevos duros.<\/li>\n<li>La Salsa: En 3 cucharadas de vinagre, disolvemos 1 cucharada de az\u00facar, otra de mostaza, un pellizco de sal y pimienta y a\u00f1adir al final con 9 cucharadas de aceite de oliva.<\/li>\n<li>Ali\u00f1amos la ensalada y servimos.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div>Alfonso opina que \u00bb \u00bfBastante f\u00e1cil, verdad?, pues no lo dud\u00e9is esta muy buena y tienes la\u00a0cena hecha para varios d\u00edas.
