{"id":9255,"date":"2014-04-08T15:02:47","date_gmt":"2014-04-08T13:02:47","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/serrats.com\/recetas\/?p=9255"},"modified":"2014-04-08T15:02:47","modified_gmt":"2014-04-08T13:02:47","slug":"lasana-templada-de-marmitako-con-vinagreta-de-tomate","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.serrats.com\/recetas\/lasana-templada-de-marmitako-con-vinagreta-de-tomate\/","title":{"rendered":"Lasa\u00f1a templada de marmitako con vinagreta de tomate"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-9258\" alt=\"Lasa\u00f1a de marmitako\" src=\"https:\/\/serrats.com\/recetas\/wp-content\/uploads\/lasana-marmitako-600x401.jpg\" width=\"600\" height=\"401\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.serrats.com\/recetas\/wp-content\/uploads\/lasana-marmitako-600x401.jpg 600w, https:\/\/www.serrats.com\/recetas\/wp-content\/uploads\/lasana-marmitako.jpg 640w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>\u00bfQu\u00e9 os viene a la cabeza al o\u00edr la palabra &#8216;mandolina&#8217;?<br \/>\nAlgunos pensar\u00e9is en el utensilio de cocina, otros en el instrumento musical.<br \/>\nY para nosotros, con vuestras recetas, todo es m\u00fasica celestial.<\/p>\n<p>En el caso de Agust\u00edn (<a href=\"https:\/\/elbullirdeagus.com\/\">El Bulli&#8230;r&#8230;.. de Agus<\/a>) la mandolina le ha servido de ayuda para preparar la estupenda <strong>lasa\u00f1a de marmitako<\/strong> que os presentamos hoy. \u00a1Ya ver\u00e9is qu\u00e9 rica!<!--more--><\/p>\n<h2>Ingredientes:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.serrats.com\/lomos-atun-escabeche-lata-1850g\">At\u00fan en escabeche<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.serrats.com\/lomos-atun-frasco-200g\">At\u00fan en aceite de oliva<\/a><\/li>\n<li>1 pimiento rojo<\/li>\n<li>Una patata grande<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 cebolla<\/li>\n<li>1 tomate<\/li>\n<li>Sal<\/li>\n<li>Pimienta<\/li>\n<li>Ajetes tiernos<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Elaboraci\u00f3n:<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Pelamos la patata, la lavamos y la cortamos en rodajas finas con ayuda de la mandolina (o con un cuchillo).<\/li>\n<li>Tras tenerlas un rato en agua para que pierdan el almid\u00f3n, las ponemos a cocer en agua hirviendo con sal y pimienta.<\/li>\n<li>Lavamos el pimiento rojo, y lo cortamos con ayuda de un molde cuadrado de acero (de los de emplatar). De esta forma tendremos un cuadrado de pimiento del tama\u00f1o del molde.<\/li>\n<li>Pasamos la cebolla por la mandolina para cortarla en rodajas muy finas (tambi\u00e9n podemos hacerlo con un cuchillo).<\/li>\n<li>Ponemos las rodajas de cebolla y el cuadrado de pimiento en un bol, con unas gotas de aceite y sal, \u00a0y lo calentamos 2-3 minutos al microondas.<\/li>\n<li>Abrimos las latas de at\u00fan y escurrimos, reservando por separado el aceite y el escabeche.<\/li>\n<li>Lavamos y troceamos el tomate en trocitos muy peque\u00f1os.<\/li>\n<li>Hacemos una vinagreta mezclando los trocitos de tomate con el aceite y el escabeche (tres partes de aceite por cada una de escabeche).<\/li>\n<li>Empezamos a colocar las capas en un plato con ayuda del molde cuadrado:\n<ul>\n<li>Una primera capa de patata ya cocida y escurrida. Aplanamos la patata con el tenedor.<\/li>\n<li>Segunda capa de at\u00fan en aceite. Aplanamos con el tenedor.<\/li>\n<li>En la tercera capa, ponemos el cuadrado de pimiento.<\/li>\n<li>La capa de cebolla sobre el pimiento.<\/li>\n<li>Ponemos una capa de \u00a0at\u00fan en escabeche. Aplanamos con el tenedor.<\/li>\n<li>Por \u00faltimo, otra capa de patata, que tambi\u00e9n aplanamos con el tenedor.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Retiramos el molde y echamos la vinagreta de tomate sobre la lasa\u00f1a.<\/li>\n<li>Para acompa\u00f1ar, troceamos los ajetes y los pasamos por la sart\u00e9n.
