Desde <a href=\"https:\/\/www.serrats.com\">Conservas Serrats<\/a>, queremos mandaros un claro mensaje de tranquilidad: nuestros productos <b>no tienen mercurio<\/b>.<\/p>\n<p>En el caso del bonito, para que el nivel de mercurio sea perceptible, el tama\u00f1o del bonito debe ser de m\u00e1s de 22-25 kilos; sin embargo,\u00a0 todos los ejemplares que compramos en la lonja para elaborar nuestras conservas de bonito del norte son <b>ejemplares de un m\u00e1ximo de 15 kilos<\/b>.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00e9dicos y expertos en nutrici\u00f3n recomiendan consumir <b>pescados azules<\/b> por los numerosos <b>beneficios que tienen para la salud<\/b>:<!--more--><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Son fuente de <b>prote\u00ednas y de diversas vitaminas<\/b>. Destacan las vitaminas A, D y las del grupo B (especialmente B1, B2, B3 y B12).<\/li>\n<li>Son ricos en <b>minerales<\/b>: yodo, potasio, f\u00f3sforo, magnesio, hierro.<\/li>\n<li>Ricos en <b>\u00e1cido linoleico y <\/b><a href=\"https:\/\/www.serrats.com\/que-son-los-acidos-grasos-omega-3\"><b>Omega 3<\/b><\/a>, que ayudan a bajar los niveles de colesterol y triglic\u00e9ridos en sangre.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Y todo ello con un <b>bajo contenido cal\u00f3rico<\/b>.<\/p>\n<p>En definitiva, el pescado azul posee un <b>alto valor alimenticio y nutricional<\/b>. \u00a0Es un alimento fundamental para una <b>alimentaci\u00f3n sana y equilibrada<\/b>, importante para el correcto desarrollo del cerebro en edades tempranas, recomendable en el embarazo de las mujeres; y, en definitiva, recomendable en todas las edades y etapas fisiol\u00f3gicas.
