Y podemos decir sin miedo a equivocarnos que sus recetas no tienen nada que envidiar a las de ning\u00fan restaurante, ni franc\u00e9s, ni de cualquier otro pa\u00eds. Para muestra un bot\u00f3n: su conserva de pimientos baby rellenos de mousse de at\u00fan y queso tiene una pinta espectacular. \u00a0<!--more-->Eso s\u00ed, necesitaremos grandes dosis de voluntad para resistirnos a darles un bocado, ya que debemos esperar unos d\u00edas antes de comerlos.<\/p>\n<h2>Ingredientes:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>8 pimientos baby<\/li>\n<li>3 latas de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.serrats.com\/bonito-del-norte-aceite-oliva-tipica-120g-25ud\">bonito del norte<\/a> Serrats<\/li>\n<li>1 lata de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.serrats.com\/anchoa-aceite-lata-50g-12u\">anchoas Serrats<\/a> (para la receta usaremos solo 4 o 5 anchoas)<\/li>\n<li>3-4 pepinillos en vinagre (Silvia los usa picantes)<\/li>\n<li>3 cucharadas de mayonesa (o lactonesa casera)<\/li>\n<li>Perejil picado<\/li>\n<li>Sal y pimienta<\/li>\n<li>125 g de queso mascarpone<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 l de agua<\/li>\n<li>300 ml de vinagre de manzana<\/li>\n<li>Hierbas arom\u00e1ticas como or\u00e9gano limonero, romero etc.<\/li>\n<li>Aceite de oliva para rellenar todo el bote<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Elaboraci\u00f3n:<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Lavamos los pimientos y sacamos las semillas y rabo.<\/li>\n<li>En una cazuela, ponemos el agua y el vinagre con un poco de sal; cuando arranque el hervor, ponemos los pimientos baby y los cocemos durante 8 minutos.<\/li>\n<li>Escurrimos, secamos y reservamos.<\/li>\n<li>En un vaso para turmix ponemos el at\u00fan, los pepinillos, la mayonesa, las anchoas, sal y pimienta. Trituramos todo hasta que nos quede fino.<\/li>\n<li>Juntamos en un bol esta mezcla del vaso con el queso mascarpone. Mezclamos todo con una cuchara, rectificamos de sal y pimienta, y por ultimo a\u00f1adimos el perejil picado.<\/li>\n<li>Ponemos la mezcla en una manga pastelera y la guardamos en la nevera.<\/li>\n<li>Cuando los pimientos est\u00e9n bien escurridos, los rellenamos con la mezcla, y los ponemos, con cuidado, dentro de un tarro de cristal.<\/li>\n<li>Cubrimos todo con el aceite de oliva y ponemos alrededor las arom\u00e1ticas que nos gusten.<\/li>\n<li>Cerramos y ponemos los tarros al ba\u00f1o Mar\u00eda durante 20 minutos, para que se conserven mejor.
