Con esas dos cualidades se estrena nuestra nueva amiga <strong>Olivia<\/strong> en el <a href=\"https:\/\/serrats.com\/recetas\/concurso-de-recetas\/\">concurso de recetas Serrats<\/a>. Por cierto, \u00bfsab\u00edais que este nombre viene del lat\u00edn y significa \u00abla que protege la paz\u00bb? Desde luego, preparar platos tan ricos como estos trigueros con vinagreta de at\u00fan nos parece una estupenda forma de hacerlo. ;)<!--more--><\/p>\n<h2>Ingredientes:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Esp\u00e1rragos verdes<\/li>\n<li>Agua<\/li>\n<li>Sal<\/li>\n<li>Aceite de oliva virgen extra<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.serrats.com\/atun-claro\">At\u00fan<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Jam\u00f3n serrano (opcional)<\/li>\n<li>Tomatitos cherry<\/li>\n<li>Huevo duro<\/li>\n<li>Cebolleta<\/li>\n<li>Vinagre<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Elaboraci\u00f3n:<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Quitamos la parte dura del esp\u00e1rrago y los hervimos en agua con sal durante unos 15 minutos (el tiempo depende del grosor del esp\u00e1rrago). Escurrimos bien.<\/li>\n<li>En una sart\u00e9n, ponemos aceite de oliva y hacemos los trigueros vuelta y vuelta.<\/li>\n<li>En un bol, a\u00f1adimos huevo duro bien picado, tomatitos cherry cortados en dados, cebolleta picadita, sal, vinagre, aceite de oliva y at\u00fan desmigado.
