Ya estamos bien entraditos en junio y el amigo Lorenzo empieza a honrarnos con su visita. Y en nuestra cocina lo celebramos con una receta de esas r\u00e1pidas y fresquitas, ideal para la nueva estaci\u00f3n que estamos a punto de estrenar.<\/p>\n<p>Estos\u00a0<strong>tomates rellenos<\/strong> que nos env\u00eda \u00a0<strong>Sof\u00eda <\/strong>son una delicia, como todo lo que prepara cuando\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/sacaelcucharon.blogspot.com.es\/\">Saca el cuchar\u00f3n<\/a>. \u00a0Si vais a echarle un vistazo a su blog,\u00a0os recomendamos que teng\u00e1is a mano <a href=\"https:\/\/serrats.com\/recetas\/aperitivos\/\">alg\u00fan pintxo<\/a> o algo de comer, porque os garantizamos que os va a abrir el apetito. Y mucho.<!--more--><\/p>\n<h2>Ingredientes:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>4 tomates grandes y maduros.<\/li>\n<li>200 gr. de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.serrats.com\/lomos-atun-frasco-200g\">at\u00fan en aceite<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>150 gr. de queso fresco de cabra.<\/li>\n<li>1 diente de ajo.<\/li>\n<li>Hojas de albahaca.<\/li>\n<li>Aceite virgen extra.<\/li>\n<li>Sal y pimienta.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Elaboraci\u00f3n:<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Preparamos los tomates:<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Cortamos los tomates horizontalmente en 3 capas.<\/li>\n<li>Retiramos las semillas.<\/li>\n<li>Secamos las rodajas con papel absorbente, sin mezclar las capas.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Capa de queso<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Con un tenedor mezclamos el queso con el ajo y la albahaca picados muy finos.<\/li>\n<li>Condimentamos con un poco de aceite, sal y pimienta.<\/li>\n<li>Ponemos esta mezcla en la base de los tomates y cubrimos con la rodaja central.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Capa de at\u00fan<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Desmenuzamos el at\u00fan, salpimentamos y lo repartimos sobre los tomates.<\/li>\n<li>Cubrimos con la capa superior de los tomates.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Condimentar y servir<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Pasamos por la batidora aceite y alguna hoja de albahaca.<\/li>\n<li>Servimos adornados con hojas de albahaca y rociamos con el aceite.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter  wp-image-9593\" alt=\"https:\/\/www.serrats.com\/lomos-atun-frasco-200g\" src=\"https:\/\/serrats.com\/recetas\/wp-content\/uploads\/tomates-rellenos-sofia.jpg\" width=\"420\" height=\"560\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.serrats.com\/recetas\/wp-content\/uploads\/tomates-rellenos-sofia.jpg 600w, https:\/\/www.serrats.com\/recetas\/wp-content\/uploads\/tomates-rellenos-sofia-345x460.jpg 345w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 420px) 100vw, 420px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a1Ideal para el verano, gracias Sof\u00eda!<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u00a1Ahora s\u00ed que s\u00ed!
