Tres cualidades que vienen muy bien en la cocina. Seguro que adem\u00e1s est\u00e1 riqu\u00edsima, as\u00ed que lo mejor que podemos hacer es dejar de hablar de la receta y prepararla \u00bfno os parece? \u00a1A los fogones!<!--more--><\/p>\n<h2>Ingredientes:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>8 champi\u00f1ones<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.serrats.com\/atun-claro\">At\u00fan claro<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Queso de cabra en rulo<\/li>\n<li>Perejil<\/li>\n<li>Aceite<\/li>\n<li>Para la bechamel:\n<ul>\n<li>Sal<\/li>\n<li>Harina<\/li>\n<li>Leche<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Elaboraci\u00f3n:<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Limpiamos los champi\u00f1ones y los vaciamos.<\/li>\n<li>En una sart\u00e9n, fre\u00edmos lentamente la carne que hemos quitado a los champi\u00f1ones.\u00a0Cuando est\u00e9 \u00a0casi hecha, a\u00f1adimos el at\u00fan.<\/li>\n<li>Agregamos dos cucharadas grandes de harina y vamos echando la leche lentamente y sin dejar de remover, hasta conseguir una masa como de croquetas.
