The Cantabrian anchovies, for example, stand out for being salt-cured for months, which results in a firm texture and a deep flavour. The Bonito del Norte tuna, whether in loins or in its most delicate version, the tuna belly (ventresca), offers white, tender meat with a soft texture.
You can also find options such as pickled mussels or sea urchin roe, with intense flavours and unique textures that evoke the character of the sea.
In addition, some of our gift boxes include a complete experience, such as the Gilda Box, designed for you to assemble the 'pintxo' at home, or the Salseo box, with tinned products and sauces that add variety and originality.
