Our limited edition range includes the Cantabrian Anchovy. As it is a semi-preserved product, it continues to mature inside the tin and must be kept chilled for optimal preservation. We at Serrats recommend storing them in a cool place between 5ºC and 12ºC, such as the fridge, to prevent the product from over-maturing.
