How to preserve Limited Edition products
In our range of limited edition products is the Cantabrian Anchovy. Being semi-preserved, it continues to mature inside the can and requires special cold conditions for optimal conservation. At Serrats, we recommend that you store them in a cool place between 5ºC and 12ºC, such as the refrigerator, to prevent the product from over-ripening.
In the case of the Collection Gift Box, it should also be stored cold. The rest of our limited edition products do not require any specific conservation, you can store them in a closet or pantry.
