We select our ingredients according to strict sustainability criteria. The fish comes exclusively from responsible, sustainable fisheries, which use methods that preserve the marine ecosystem. In addition, these tinned fish are packed in organic extra virgin olive oil. This is olive oil of the very highest quality in every respect. It is an oil with an intense aroma and flavour, free from chemical residues, which comes from olives grown in accordance with organic farming requirements.

Within the Serrats range of organic products, you will find Cantabrian Anchovies in organic extra virgin olive oil. As this is a semi-preserved product, it continues to mature in the tin and requires special cold conditions for optimal storage. At Serrats, we recommend that you store them in a cool place between 5°C and 12°C, such as the fridge, to prevent the product from over-maturing. The Mundo ECO Gift Box should also be kept refrigerated. The rest of our organic tinned fish do not require any specific storage conditions; you can store them in a cupboard or in the larder.

Once the order is placed, delivery is managed within 2 working days for the Peninsula, 2 to 6 days for the Balearic Islands, and 2 to 8 days in Europe.
