How do I accumulate knots?
Knots are earned with every purchase based on the amount spent, excluding shipping costs, products on special offer, and purchases made using discount coupons. €10 = 1 knot
How can I find out how many knots I have and their value in euros?

Do knots expire?
Yes, knots expire if you don't use them within one year. You can choose to redeem them with each order or save them up to get a bigger discount. Just keep in mind that they will expire after one year.
Can I combine knots from multiple accounts?
You can only earn knots from purchases made with your Club Serrats account. Knots from two different accounts cannot be combined.
Can I use my knots and coupons outside the online store?
Knots can only be redeemed for purchases made through the Conservas Serrats online store.
Can I leave the Club whenever I want?
