"Collection" Large Gift Box

The Collection gift box brings together five products that we have selected as we consider them to be of exceptional quality. A range of limited edition products in a uniquely designed box. These are our most special preserves, the highest quality, made by hand with always-fresh fish, which collect the "know-how" of more than five generations.

The Albacore Tuna Belly corresponds to the area located in the lower part of the fish, the one that is close to the head, and is undoubtedly the juiciest and most flavorful part of the tuna. A real luxury within the preserves. This tuna, "Thunnus Alalunga", has been captured, one by one, in the Bay of Biscay during the summer coastal season.

These Anchovies come from the Cantabrian spring campaign. After spending a few months in salting, we have cleaned and prepared them completely manually. Their fillets are large, have a compact meat and an intense flavor that make them an exquisite delicacy.

The Mussels are harvested in season when they have reached the desired size; in this case, we are looking for the extra-large size. We make them by hand, clean them perfectly and place them by hand one by one in the can. Then we add just the right amount of our special marinade sauce. The result is mussels with an excellent presentation, large, perfectly clean, shiny and delicious.

The Razor Clam in olive oil come from the Rías Gallegas; they are collected in season, when they have reached the desired size. The razor clams are cleaned by hand one by one, steamed and in this case, we have packed them in olive oil, which gives it extra juiciness and a point of delicious flavor. The time elapsed between capture and preservation is minimal, thus guaranteeing razor shells that keep all their richness and properties intact.

The natural Cockles have been collected in the Rías Gallegas by the shellfish gatherers during low tide. Then we select the largest ones for this preserve and we do it completely by hand. In addition, we pack them by hand, carefully introducing them one by one into the can and presenting them naturally. This means that our cockles maintain their genuine flavor, as well as an impeccable texture and presentation.
