"Arraun", "Rowing" Large Gift Box

This Serrats selection is inspired by the spirit of the trainera, the traditional Basque rowing boat — a symbol of teamwork, trust, and shared effort. Because, just like rowing, great results come when everyone moves in the same direction. At Serrats, for five generations, we’ve preserved that same spirit: attention to detail and passion for our craft.

The "Arraun with Olive Oil" Gift Box brings together some of the finest preserves from the Cantabrian Sea: Albacore Tuna loins and belly; Cantabrian Anchovies in two styles — in olive oil and in wood-smoked olive oil — plus small Sardines in olive oil. As a culmination, a 500ml bottle of organic extra virgin olive oil. This is olive oil taken to its highest quality in every sense, an oil with a truly special flavour and aroma, which comes from olives grown in accordance with the requirements of organic farming.

Albacore Tuna (Thunnus alalunga) is caught one by one in the Cantabrian Sea during the summer season. The belly is tender and juicy, a luxury in preserves.

The box also includes two glass jars of hand-prepared Albacore Tuna loins: one in mild olive oil, and another enhanced with Espelette pepper, known as “the French golden powder,” for a fragrant and slightly spicy finish.

Our Cantabrian Anchovies are made from spring-caught fish, carefully cleaned by hand after salting, and packed in smooth or smoked olive oil.

The fresh Sardines are cleaned and packed in olive oil after a gentle steam cooking, preserving all their flavor and nutrients.

No additives or preservatives — just fresh fish from the Cantabrian coast, olive oil, and the pure taste of the sea.
