We carefully select larger specimens that have had the time to grow and develop fully — the most flavoursome and the ones we value most.

To preserve their natural character, we add only water and salt, in the precise proportion required in each tin. Expert handling, thorough cleaning and the careful hand-placement of each mussel ensure an exquisite product with an elegant presentation: perfectly cleaned, glossy mussels that retain all their natural essence and delicate texture.
