We carefully select larger specimens that have had the time to grow and develop fully — the most flavoursome and the ones we value most.

Our mussels are carefully cleaned by hand and packed with their own cooking broth. Expert hands select and place each piece one by one, resulting in an exquisite product with outstanding presentation: clean, bright and flavorful mussels that preserve all their natural essence.
