The starting point for the production of razor clams from the Rías Gallegas in olive oil is the selection of the razor clams when they are at their optimum moment and have reached the desired size.

The razor clams are taken to the factory immediately after fishing for processing. They are cooked in seawater from the Rías (this is one of our differential values), cleaned and classified by size and one by one, by hand, they are packed in the best olive oil. In our case, we choose a mild olive oil so that we can enjoy the genuine and delicate flavour of the razor clams. The time elapsed between catching and canning is minimal, thus guaranteeing that our razor clams keep all their richness and properties intact.

It is also important to note that our razor clams are not only delicious, but also a nutritional gem, as they provide your body with proteins of high biological value, healthy fats (omega 3), vitamins and minerals.

One last practical tip, once the can of razor clams has been opened, and in the hypothetical case that you do not finish it, we recommend that you consume it within 48 hours. And covered with its covering liquid or, failing that, with olive oil.
