For the preparation of these tins we have chosen the small sardines, the most appreciated ones. Approximately 16 to 20 pieces can be found in a tin.

The starting point is the selection of the sardines. At Conservas Serrats we choose fresh sardines, small, high quality pieces. The sardines are hand cut, cleaned and cleaned by hand, then they are steamed and packed in olive oil with a lemon slice. The time elapsed between catching and preserving is minimal, thus guaranteeing a product that maintains all its richness and properties intact.
