Yellowfin tuna is similar to the Albacore Tuna but more yellowish; its meat is not so delicate and it’s less appreciated.

Once we have selected the best fishes, we cooked them and, following a meticulous and handmade process, the Yellowfin Tuna is prepared and packaged. This preserve is elaborated using Yellowfin Tuna loins, which are covered with high quality sunflower oil.
